Cancer's gone. But the fear hasn't.

Calm after Cancer

If you’re lying awake, replaying “What if it’s back?” on a loop, you’re not broken. You’re possibly living with something real  Fear of Cancer Recurrence (FCR).

Join Calm After Cancer Now

You survived cancer. But no one prepared you for this.

Are you feeling like ...

Life after treatment isn’t the calm you imagined. Many survivors quietly find themselves:

❌Lying awake at night, scanning your body for signs only you can feel

❌That circled scan date doesn’t just sit on the calendar... it stalks your thoughts

❌Google searches that spiral into worst-case scenarios at 2am

❌Snapping at your kids or partner because fear has hijacked your patience

❌Smiling when people say “you must feel lucky” while inside you’re terrified

❌Feeling broken because you’re supposed to be “better,” but you’re not

This is the invisible weight you’ve been carrying, one that no one warned you about.

Wouldn't you rather...

Now imagine a different way forward:

⭐Falling asleep quickly (and staying asleep) without spirals taking over

⭐Feeling a strange ache, noticing it, and moving on without panic

⭐Walking into scans steady, knowing you’ll cope whatever the results say

⭐Laughing with your family and actually feeling present in the moment

⭐Trusting your body again instead of treating it like a ticking time bomb

⭐Planning holidays, birthdays, and your future without dread in the background

This is the life you imagined finishing treatment would give you, and it’s still possible.
