1.1. The Cancer Rollercoaster is an online platform providing free and paid psychoeducational resources and community support for people affected by cancer.
1.2. Resources are self-guided and based on evidence-informed psychological approaches. This platform does not provide psychological therapy or crisis services.
1.3. The Calm After Cancer Mini-Course is a self-guided, paid educational product for individuals experiencing mild or situational fear of cancer recurrence. It is not a substitute for psychological treatment, and no therapeutic relationship is created.
1.4. The platform is operated by MRD PSYCHOLOGY PTY LTD, with all content developed by Michelle R Davey, a registered Clinical Psychologist in Australia.
2.1. The Free Resource Space is a private online library hosted within the Circle Community platform, containing downloadable and interactive educational content.
2.2. Participation may include:
2.3. All engagement is voluntary. No supervision, clinical oversight, or individualised support is offered in this space.
2.4. Resources may be added, updated, or removed at the discretion of The Cancer Rollercoaster team.
3.1. While content is authored by Michelle R Davey (Clinical Psychologist), your participation does not make you a client of Michelle R Davey or MRD Psychology.
3.2. You are not receiving a psychological service through this platform, and no therapeutic relationship is formed by accessing this space or the Mini-Course.
3.2.1. Enrolling in the Calm After Cancer Mini-Course does not create a clinical or therapeutic relationship with any team member. The course is educational in nature and does not meet the definition of psychological treatment under AHPRA standards.
3.3. Access to this platform precludes you from becoming a client of Michelle R Davey in private practice due to ethical limitations and dual relationship considerations.
3.4. If your participation reveals needs beyond the scope of psychoeducation, you may be encouraged to seek support from your GP or a registered mental health provider.
3.5. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to protect community safety or professional integrity.

5.4. The Mini-Course does not include access to live Q&A unless explicitly stated.

7.1. All members must adhere to the Community Guidelines.
7.2. You agree not to share false health claims, promote unverified cures, engage in harassment, or use the platform for advertising or self-promotion.
7.3. We may moderate or remove content as needed. Repeat violations may result in removal without warning.
8.1. The platform is delivered via the third-party service Circle. You are responsible for your own access, device setup, and data costs.
8.2. Use of Circle is governed by their separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
8.3. We are not responsible for platform outages, access errors, or technical limitations related to Circle or other third-party providers (e.g. Zoom, Kit, Stripe, Square, Cliniko).
8.4. Mini-Course access is managed within this platform. It is your responsibility to maintain login credentials and access.
9.1. All personal data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2. If you complete a quiz and are recommended the Mini-Course, your results may be stored securely. Quizzes are not diagnostic and do not replace individual assessment.
9.3. You control what personal information you share inside the platform.
10.1. All content — including videos, PDFs, resources, and course materials — is the intellectual property of MRD PSYCHOLOGY PTY LTD.
10.2. Sharing, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.
10.3. Mini-Course materials are licensed for individual use only. You may not share login access or redistribute the content.

11.1.1. The Calm After Cancer Mini-Course is designed for individuals experiencing mild or situational fear of recurrence. If your symptoms are persistent or distressing, please seek professional support.

11.3. We make no guarantees about results, wellbeing improvements, or emotional outcomes.
11.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for loss or damage resulting from participation in any part of this platform.
12.1. We may suspend or remove your access at any time for misuse, safety concerns, or breach of these Terms.
12.2. No compensation or refunds are provided in such cases, including for paid users of the Mini-Course.
13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
13.2. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
